Proxima Consulting (ABN 92 669 142 885) is a consultancy based in Sydney. This page explains what happens to personal information you send through this website.

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, and optionally your organisation, phone number and message. The site doesn't use advertising trackers or sell data to anyone.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal.
• To keep a record of our correspondence.

We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How the form works

The enquiry form is delivered by Web3Forms, which passes your message to our email inbox. Web3Forms and our email provider may process or store it on servers outside Australia.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Records of engagements are kept as long as tax and contract law require.

Seeing, correcting or deleting your information

Email info@proxima-consulting.com.au and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with how we've handled your information, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
